I was having problems with Amerigas and I was on hold with them two hours. I called R&R and they answered phone quickly and actually cared. I will be customers with them forever. They care so much and it warms my heart. The best gas company around hands down.

My husband and I have been customers of theirs for almost 2 years. They have great and friendly service. They try to be as fair as they can be on their prices.

I do not personally use these guys as I don't have propane. However, I bought a house that had one of their tanks still in place. I called them to see if they would come get it. They were speedy with the call back and were polite and professional on the phone. The gentleman that came onsite to pick up the tank was also very polite and professional.
